In 2025, more than 44 lakh students took the exams, around 24.12 lakh for Class 10 and 17.88 lakh for Class 12. The overall pass percentage for Class 12 last year was 87.98%, which was better than in 2023. For Class 10, the pass percentage increased to 93.60%, up by 0.48% from the previous year. Right now, the evaluation procedure for the answer sheet is going on. As per the updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the results for both class 10th and 12th in May 2025. After the result declaration, students can check the result through the official website. Once the result is announced, students can collect the original marksheet from their respective schools & institutes. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the class 10th & class 12th results on 2nd of May 2025. After the 12th Class CBSE 2025 result is announced, students can also check their results using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). To do this, they need to call 24300699, adding their area code before the number. The call will cost 30 paisa per minute for each roll number they check.
